老城区地下商业街外部形象设计探讨与例证

地下步行街的外露要素较少,但发挥着宣示地下空间存在、连通地上地下空间、体现城市文化等重要作用,一旦建成,其位置、功能、形态即受地下空间的约束而调整,改造的余地较小,因此需慎重设计。笔者指出了当前城市地下建筑的外在形象开发中存在着外部形象与城市环境不相称的问题,列举了地下商业街外部形象的构成要素,探讨了影响外部形象设计的功能、文化、地面环境等多种影响因素,阐述了地下步行街外部要素的设计与布置原则,最后,通过对绵阳市地下步行街外部形象设计的案例进行了实证研究,为相关设计提供思路参考。

Discussion on Exterior Design of Underground Commercial Street in Old City District and It's Application

Ground elements of underground pedestrian street are key roles on communicating ground and underground spaces,image displaying and so on,though they are few and are also restricted by their location,function,special characters which are difficult to modify,leading to the need of careful designing.The paper points out that the exterior elements of many underground buildings do not match the main environment in many Chinese cities,lists external components of underground pedestrian street,analyzes functional,cultural,ground elements that influent exterior design,and summarizes related design and layout principles of exterior elements of underground architectures.The theory is illustrated by the case of Jingzhong underground pedestrian street in Mianyang,China.The paper is wished to be helpful to researchers and designers on underground space designing.
