沈阳富水砂卵石地层泥水盾构适应性研究

摘    要:在砂卵石地层中地铁盾构掘进普遍面临着盾构载荷过大、刀盘刀具磨损严重、开挖面易失稳以及掘进速度缓慢等实际施工问题。为提高盾构在此类地层中的适应性,应选择合适的盾构类型,合理配置盾构设备并使施工参数之间有较好的匹配性,以保障盾构施工顺利高效进行。以沈阳地铁10号线11标砂卵石地层盾构区间为依托,通过对泥水盾构在此类地层掘进的适应性问题进行分析总结,提出了针对性的掘进参数匹配方案、泥浆配比建议以及刀盘刀具配置要求。相关结论可为今后类似地层条件下的泥水盾构施工提供较为全面的参考。

Abstract:There are common phenomenon appear such as overload of burden,severe wear of the cutter heads and cutting tools,instability of excavation surface and slow speed of advancing during metro shield structure construction in sandy cobble ground.In order to improve the suitability of shield in this kind of ground,choosing optimum type of shield,equipment configuration and construction countermeasures are prerequisites to guarantee the smooth completion of construction.Based on a shield construction in water-rich sandy cobble ground of Shenyang metro line 10,practical engineering problems and shield suitability of SPB shield tunneling were analyzed,and then targeted working parameters preferences,slurry proportion and shield cutter requests were proposed.Conclusions can provide practically targeted references for engineers in sandy cobble ground.
