| 摘 要： | 为了解决油田后期开发中含水率较高、原油提纯困难等问题，对含水原油进行研究是必要的。通过密度差、沉降分离等方法对原油进行脱水。目前原油脱水的方法主要有重力法、离心法、化学破乳法、电破乳法、升温破乳法、润湿聚结法等，重力分离和离心式分离器被广泛应用于油田开发中。利用CFD方法对波形管、螺旋管油水分离进行数值模拟，得到了油水分离规律：波形管中第10个波谷处出现明显油水分离，在波峰处出现最大含油率，波谷处出现最大含水率；螺旋管中，在管道外侧偏下方出现最大分离现象。
