| 摘 要： | ERW管焊缝易出现的碳偏析、夹渣、制管质量不稳定的缺点，一直是一些气田拒用ERW管的原因。系统列举并介绍了石油天然气输送用管线钢管的种类及其特点，介绍了ERW钢管的生产原理，浅析了国产ERW钢管在焊缝碳偏析、夹渣、制管质量不稳定等方面的改进及解决措施。介绍了ERW钢管在国内外天然气管道工程中的运用情况，着重描述川内某集输工程对ERW钢管的选用过程和应用效果，指出在天然气集输干线工程中进行湿气输送时，采用ERW钢管在节省投资、缩短工期等方面的优点及其他方面的效益。 |
