| 摘 要： | 锦/棉混纺织物采用直接混纺／酸性染料一浴法染色的生产成本低,工艺短,且具有可回修性,但由于直接混纺染料在一定条件下可以上染锦纶,这对工艺稳定性、织物风格、染色牢度等都造成影响。锦／棉经酸性固色剂TF-506预处理后采用弱酸性条4q-(pH=6)染色,能有效防止直接混纺染料对锦纶的上染,同时棉和锦纶都能获得较高的得色,提高了织物的风格和工艺稳定性,且对酸性染料的缓染性和染色牢度也有所改善。

| Abstract: | Nylon/Cotton Blends are usually dyed in one bath with direct/acid dyes. This dyeing method has advantages of low cost, short process and rc-dyeable property. After pre-treating with Fixing Agent TF-506 for acid dyes, Nylon/Cotton blends are dyed in weak acid condition(Ph=6) to prevent the up-taking speed of direct dyes on Nylon, at the same time Nylon and Cotton can get higher yield of dyeing. By this way the stability of process and the mood of fabric are increased, retarding property and color fastnesses of acid dyes are improved. |
