抗飞溅涤纶DTY油剂的研制

现在使用的普通油剂在高速纺丝时会产生飞溅,不仅使操作环境恶化,还会对操作者的安全构成威胁。浙江传化股份有限公司研制的抗飞溅涤纶DTY油剂TF-702,通过在油剂中加入粘度较低的油改善产品的渗透性、加入表面活性剂降低油剂的表面张力,提高了纤维的亲和力,有效防止了油剂飞溅。在化纤厂的实际应用证实TF-702油剂的含油率和抗飞溅性能稳定。

Research on Antisplashing Oiling Agent for Terylene DTY

When using the existing oiling agent there occurs splashing at high-speed spinning process, it deteriorates not only circumstance at working place, but also threatens workers security. Zhejiang Transfar Co. , Ltd. has developed an antisplashing oiling agent, TF-702, for terylene DTY, the splashing of oiling agent is effectively prevented by adding lower-viscosity oil to improve products permeability, joining surfactant to reduce surface tension of oiling agent, hence its affinity for fibre is improved. The stable oil content and antisplashing performance of TF-702 are seen in practical application.
