四角锥网架与抽空四角锥网架结构性能对比

摘    要:用实心铝材制作了网架模型,并分别对四角锥和抽空四角锥两种网架结构在静态受力情况下的杆件内力和节点位移进行了有限元分析和加载测试,有限元分析和测试结果均表明抽空四角锥结构具有比四角锥结构更为优化的受力性能。同时分析了网架支撑方式对其受力性能的影响。

Abstract:Normally placed pyramid grids and evacuated pyramid grids models are made by aluminum.Straining electrometric method is employed to measure the axial force of both grids structure model under compression loading,and the finite element analysis of the grids is made by the ANSYS program.Both results showed that,in considering the security and economic situation of the grids structure,the normally placed evacuated pyramid grids structure is better.This paper also analyzes the effects of the net rack support on the mechanical properties.
