加工莱阳绿大理石时的磨削力正交试验研究

摘    要:通过金刚石砂轮磨削莱阳绿大理石时的正交磨削试验,将磨削速度、进给速度和磨削深度对水平磨削力Fh和垂直磨削力Fv的影响,做了系统的研究.通过极差分析和趋势图得出磨削大理石时的优化工艺参数.分析表明:进给速度和磨削深度对磨削力的影响要比磨削速度显著.建立了磨削力回归经验公式,经与试验数据比较,所建立的回归方程与试验数据拟合...

Abstract:Through the orthogonal experiment of laiyang green marble ground by diamond grinding wheel,the effects of grinding speed,feed rate,grinding depth for level grinding force(Fh) and vertical grinding force(Fv) were researched systematically.The optimized of the parameters of grinding marble was obtained by the analyzing of range analyses and trend charts.The analysis indicates that the effects of grinding feed rate and depth for grinding force were more significantly than that of grinding speed.Regression empi...
