| 摘 要： | 本文研究外压式聚砜中空纤维超滤器去除低度白酒浑浊的工艺。中空纤维超滤膜外径0.30—0.40mm,内径0.15—0.20mm,超滤膜的截面分子量为20,000,超滤器能除去低度白酒中的油酸乙酯,亚油酸乙酯及棕榈酸乙酯等浑浊物。超滤低度白酒在零下15℃仍澄清透明。超滤白酒的透明度,口味物优于未超滤的酒。
