摘    要:计算了锥面螺旋槽轴承的摩擦损耗和储能飞轮电机铁损功率,分析了轴承锥顶半径和轴向承载力对轴承摩擦功耗的影响,计算与试验均表明:适当减小锥顶半径、降低螺旋槽轴承承载力可以有效减小轴承摩擦损耗。在多个转速下测定了不同锥顶半径螺旋槽轴承支撑的飞轮储能试验系统的空载损耗功率,测试结果与理论预计一致。计算表明,现有铁芯电机的铁损较大。

Abstract:Tile friction power loss of spiral groove cone bearings and the iron loss of a flywheel electromotor were calculated. The effects of the cone top radius of the bearings and their axial bearing force on their friction power loss were discussed. The calculation indicates that the friction power loss of the bearings can be effectively cut down by reducing their cone top radius and bearing force to a proper degree. The idling loss of the flywheel energy storage system supported by the spiral groove cone bearings of various cone top radius was measured at a number of rotational speeds, and the measurement results are consistent with theoretical estimates. The calculation shows that the iron loss of the current iron core motors is rather large and should be replaced by motors without iron core so as to lower it down.
