Enlightenment from Australian TAFE to the Training of Practical Personnel

Australian TAFE program, regarded as high quality education resource, has been introduced to more and more colleges and universities in China since 1990s. Why is this happening？ What can be learned from the practice of this program in the training of practical personnel？ This article tries to provide some enlightenment to benefit the training of practical personnel in China＇s colleges and universities through analyzing the key items like personnel training objective, personnel training plan, teaching methodology in the TAFE program in Ningbo University of Technology.
