当前社会主义新农村建设新论

党的十六届五中全会提出的建设社会主义新农村的历史任务,是我国经济社会发展到特定阶段的必然要求,为从根本上解决＂三农＂问题闯出新路。当前在推进新农村建设中,我们要一切从实际出发,充分尊重农民意愿。同时要大力发展农村经济,加快农村富余劳动力转移,全面深化农村改革,为新农村建设提供强有力的制度保障。

On Building a New Socialist Countryside Today

The Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put fotward to a historical task of building a new socialist countryside ,which is ,an inevitable requirement for China＇s economic and social development at a specific stage and a new path to a fundamental resolution of three issues about agriculture,farmers and countryside. During promoting the building of new countryside, we must proceed from reality in everything, and fully respect the will of peasants. At the same time we must vigorously develop the rural economy, accelerate the transference of rich rural labor force, comprehensively deepen rural reform, and provide a strong security system for new construction in rural areas.
