玻璃材料折射率及色散的高准确度测量

摘    要:
使用德国Triotics公司生产的SpectroMaster HR UV-VIS-IR型折射率测量设备,对FK5玻璃块的e、d、g、F′和C′谱线的折射率值进行高准确度测量,并修正至标准环境条件下的折射率值。用得到的折射率值进行曲线拟合,验证Cauchy色散公式和Sellmeier色散公式。

Abstract:
A SpectroMaster HR UV-VIS-IR (Trioptics, Germany) instrument is used in the metrological research of refractive index measurement of glass material. The refractive indices of e, d, g, F'and C' spectrum of FK5 glass are measured with a high degree of accuracy and corrected corresponding the environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity and air pressure. Verifying the Cauchy dispersion formula and Sellmeier dispersion formula is accomplished by fitting the value of the refractive index.
