| Abstract: | 1,3-Dihydroxyacetone,as an important chemical and pharmaceutical intermediate,is widely used in chemical industry,pharmaceuticals,cosmetics and food fields.The synthetic methods of 1,3-dihydroxyacetone including chemical synthesis method and microbial synthesis method were reviewed.The latest applications of 1,3-dihydroxyacetone were summarized. |
