传统油气企业发展新能源产业基本模式初步研究

传统油气企业是新能源产业发展的重要力量,其在新能源发展上的实践也是丰富多样的。通过考察6家国内外著名油气企业发展新能源产业的状况,对传统油气企业发展新能源产业的基本模式和影响因素进行初步研究。总体来看,传统油气企业发展新能源产业大体有独立发展、建立战略联盟和资本运作三种模式,影响其发展新能源产业的因素主要包括所在国的政策偏好以及企业自身的发展历史、技术创新能力和企业发展目标。尽管油气企业发展新能源产业取得了很大进展,但由于新能源产业尚不够成熟,油气企业发展新能源基本上属于试水阶段,稳定性还不是很强。传统油气企业发展新能源产业的程度、领域以及模式存在较大差异,这些差异背后既有内在原因,也有其经济合理性。不能对传统油气企业发展新能源有过高期待,新能源要在短时间内成为重要能源可能性不大。油气企业要制定科学的新能源发展战略,重点是在技术创新上下功夫,在降低成本、提高产品使用效果上取得根本性突破。

A Preliminary Study on the Main Modes of New Energy Development by Traditional Oil Enterprises

Traditional oil and gas enterprises are important forces pushing the development of the new energy industry and they have rich and various practices in developing new energy.Based on a research on six domestic and foreign leading oil and gas producers＇ new energy business ,researchers studied the basic modes of traditional oil and gas enterprises＇ developing new energy as well as affecting factors.Generally,traditional oil and gas enterprises develop new energy business in three ways-independent development,strategic alliance and capital operation.Main factors affecting their new energy business development include policy preference of host countries and these enterprises＇ own development history ,technical innovation abilities and corporate development objectives.Although significant progress has been made,due to the immaturity of the new energy industry,oil and gas enterprises＇ new energy development is basically in the water-testing stage and is still not very stable.Traditional oil and gas enterprises＇ new energy development differs dramatically in degree, scope and mode,due to some intrinsic factors as well as economic rationality.People should not pin too much hope on the effect of traditional oil and gas enterprises＇ new energy development, as new energy is not very likely to become an important energy source in the short term.Oil and gas companies should develop scientific new energy development strategies ,with an emphasis on technical innovation,and try to achieve a breakthrough in reducing cost and raising the effect of using products.
