介孔沸石制备的研究

摘    要:采用模板法水热合成介孔沸石材料,通过N2吸附-脱附,扫描电子显微镜对样品进行表征。试验分别考察了模板剂种类和添加扩孔剂(TMB)等因素对介孔沸石材料制备的影响。试验结果表明:采用三嵌段共聚物(简称P123)复合啤酒酵母作为模板剂,强酸性体系下置于不锈钢反应釜内晶化,制备样品的平均孔径可达到3.38nm,并通过在模板剂溶液中添加扩孔剂,制备样品的平均孔径可达到29nm.
