| 摘 要： | 针对氢气提纯系统开发中所遇到的问题,介绍了采用DeltaV系统对氢气提纯工序进行自动控制的方法.该控制方法使用DCS顺序控制图,通过模块组态和内部编程,实现多台设备的自动控制,优化了工艺过程,提高了该工序的自动化水平.并讨论了运行中可能出现的问题和解决方法.

| Abstract: | For the problems met in the development of hydrogen purification system,the automatic control method of the hydrogen purification device by DeltaV system is introduced.Planning to implement multi-device automatic control,process optimization,and increase the level of automation processes by module configuration and internal programming in DCS sequential control chart.In the end,the problems that may apper and the solution are discussed. |
