大跨径钢管混凝土拱桥缆索吊装非线性分析

摘    要:建立了大跨径拱桥吊装的空间有限元模型,采用随动坐标迭代法,计入几何非线性的影响因素,基于优化理论,建立了缆索吊装扣索力的优化数凄模型;采用前进分析方法,对大跨径钢管混凝土拱桥吊装施工过程进行分析。以某主跨368m钢管混凝土拱桥为工程算例,验证了文中方法的有效性。计算结果表明,考虑几何非线性影响后,计算得到的吊装控制点偏差值小,计算精度高。

Abstract:The geometry nonlinear behavior for cable-hoisting construction of long-span concrete filled steel tube(CFST) arch bridge is quite clear.A three-dimensional finite element modal for CFST arch rib segment was established.Due to the geometric nonlinearity of the structure,the concomitant coordinate method was used in this paper.Based on optimization theory,a mathematical optimizing model for buckling cable force of CFST arch rib hoisting was established.The forward analysis method was adopted to simulation analysis for arch rib hoisting construction.A CFST arch bridge with 368 m main span was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the method.Considered the geometry nonlinear behavior,the analysis results showed that the deflection of the control point is small and highly accurate.
