| 摘 要： | 根据我国2020年基本解决农村饮水安全问题的目标要求,分析影响饮水安全保障体系建设的诸多因素,建立一套反映农村供水发展水平的指标体系,并用此评价指标体系的综合评价值——保障程度,对云南省农村供水保障体系发展水平进行定量评价,解决农村供水保障程度系统化和定量化的测度问题,为促进农村供水发展,提高供水安全保障提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | According to the resolve the target of rural drinking water safety of China till the year of 2020, factors affecting the establishment of drinking water safety system are analyzed and an index system that reflects the development level of rural water supply is set up. Quantitative evaluation of development level of rural water supply in Yunnan Province is carried out by using comprehensive assessment value-guarantee rate. It provide a measurable means for systematic and quantitative assessment of guarantee rate of rural water supply and also a scientific base for securing water supply and furthering rural water development. |
