采用IMS发展Internet用户的解决方案

An IMS Solution for Internet Subscribers

This paper describes a solution that uses IMS to increase Internet access for subscribers.By using Push As,rerouting,charging,and other special techniques,this solution meets the networking needs of Internet users(which is different from the needs of telecom users).In this paper,we analyze a model based on the traffic of Internet access subscribers,and we discuss service development.There is a high number of Internet subscriber applications but a relatively low usage rate,which makes web self-registering,deregistering,and prepaid charging suitable.As well as being used for fixed-network reconstruction,IMS can also be used to increas the number of Internet subscribers.
