| 摘 要： | 为使感应炉熔炼钢液的成分稳定,根据生产实践,参照电弧炉不氧化法配料计算方法,提出了感应炉炼钢配料与调整的计算方法,并给出计算公式与计算实例.实践证明:采用此方法配料与调整,钢液成分稳定,偏差小.

| Abstract: | In order to make the chemical constitution of molten steel has stabilization, the methods of batch calculation of steel-smelting by induction furnace and adjustment calculation are put forward base on the production experiences and batch calculation using induction furnace non-oxidizable method. Calculation formula and example are given too. The practice proves that chemical constitution of molten steel has stabilization and the deviation is very small. |
