基于虚拟仪器技术的便携式数据采集系统

摘    要:虚拟仪器技术在硬件软件化的进程中应运而生的,广泛应用于工业自动化领域。本文提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的便携式数据采集系统。该系统运用图形化编程语言LabVIEWExpress7.1软件开发平台,结合笔记本电脑、PCMCIA-6036数据采集卡等硬件构建的一个虚拟仪器便携式数据采集系统。此系统能有效的实现实时多通道数据采集,数据流实时存盘,试验数据的分析处理,历史数据查询和波形回显,生成及打印试验报告等功能。

Abstract:Virtual instrument technology is the result of the process that software is used to substitute a great deal of hardware in measurement system, and it is widely used in industry automation. In this paper, a portable data acquisition system based on Virtual instrument is presented. This system uses graphical program language LabVIEW Express 7.1 as application software platform and its hardware consist of portable computer, NI DAQCard- 6036E, etc. The system can efficiently achieve real- time multiple channels data acquisition and preservation, data processing and analyzing, query data and waveform display, test report generation and print.
