| 摘 要： | 悬挂输送设备广泛应用于现代汽车涂装制造行业,其功能全面,具有高度柔性,在中长距离的输送中稳定性更高,但这并不代表悬挂输送设备就不会出现问题,本文肯定了悬挂输送设备的优点,并就陕西重型汽车涂装车间多年来该类设备发现的主要问题进行归类,加以分析并提出了一些解决方案。

| Abstract: | The suspension conveyer has overall function and widely used in modern automobile paint industry. It has the advantages of high flexibility and higher stability in long distance conveying. However, it doesn＇t mean the conveyer has no problem. We confirm the advantage of the conveyer in this paper, and we introduce its principal problems during its usage in shanqi paint shop and some solutions were proposed after analyzing. |
