基于开关磁阻电机的车用集成起动交流制动系统研究

摘    要:
针对基于开关磁阻电机的车用集成起动交流制动(ISAD)系统,分析主要工况起动助力发电,提出了各工况状态下的控制策略,并给出仿真波形,同时采用TMS320F240和EPM7128S可编程逻辑装置(CPLD)构成核心控制器,最后以1 kW三相6/4极开关磁阻电机样机完成起动助力发电实验,给出了实验波形和分析结论。实验结果表明,提出的控制器及其控制策略是有效的,其ISAD控制系统在工程实践上是可行的。

Abstract:
The paper presents Integrated Starter Alternator Damper(ISAD) System used in Vehicle Based on Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM).The control strategies on mostly working statuses and the simulation waves are given.The controller based on Digital Signal Processor(DSP)TMS320F240 and Complex Programmable Logic Device(CPLD)EPM7128S is designed.The experiments on a three phases 6/4 structue SRS/G prototype are done.The waves and the analysis of results are given.The experimental results indicate that the controller and control strategies are valid,the ISAD system is feasible in project practice.
