摘    要:讨论了改性氨基磺酸盐系高效减水剂合成过程中原料配比对其性能的影响。通过添加自制的第4单体,促进分子重排,形成具有引入气泡、稳定气泡功能的支链结构,改善了传统氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂的性能,从而在不降低产品性能的前提下,提高产品性价比。

Abstract:Influence of raw materials proportioning on performance of modified sulfamate superplasticizer during its synthetic process is discussed. The performance of traditional sulfamate superplasticizer is improved by adding self-made fourth monomer to facilitate molecular rearrangement and to form branched chain structure with function of introducing and stabilizing bubbles, thus increase quality/price ratio of the product under the precondition of product performance is guaranteed.
