摘    要:针对川渝地区硫磺回收工艺现状,总结了SuperClaus和亚露点MCRC硫磺回收工艺的开发原理,对比了两类工艺的配置特点,分析了基于VMGSim的两种工艺流程的模拟计算结果。结合对两种工艺及延伸工艺的比较,总结了两类工艺的优缺点,提出了两类工艺的潜力发展方向。有助于新型硫磺回收工艺流程的开发与设计。

Abstract:For the current situation of sulfur recovery in Sichuan and Chongqing,this paper summarizes the development principle of SuperClaus and sub-dew point MCRC sulfur recovery process,comparing the two types of process configuration features of the two processes based on VMGSim simulation results. Combining the two processes and the extending process,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of two types of the technology,and raises the potential development of the technology. It contributes to the development and design of new sulfur recovery process.
