摘    要:研究了各种糊料、粘合剂、纳米遮盖剂及其他配套助剂的拔染印花性能,制成了种适用于真丝绸涂料拔染印花的专用复合浆,并应用纳米遮盖剂来提高涂料对地色的遮盖性,改善涂料的色牢度和色泽鲜艳度;生产的拔染印花产品手感柔软、色泽鲜艳、花纹精致,耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度均达到4级以上.

Abstract:The discharge printing performances of the various pastes, adhesives, nm coverers, and other auxiliaries were studied and a compounded paste was developed specially for pigment discharge printing of silk fabrics. The covering of the background shades by pigments was improved with nm coverers, and the color fastness and brilliance were also bettered. The discharge printing products had soft hand-feel, bright colors and sharp patterns, and both soaping and crocking fastnesses were above grade 4.
