摘    要:功角的高精度实时测量是电网动态安全稳定监控系统中的关键技术.传统的发电机功角测量方法不能满足实时要求,为此,提出利用发电机自有的转速信号并基于GPS实时测量功角的新方法,给出了分布式相量测量单元的原理结构和实现模式.实测数据表明该方法可以实现各相量之间的同步,从而保证了实测相角的同步,具有一定的理论和实用价值.

Abstract:Real time measuring of power phase angle with high precision is a key technique for the monitoring and controlling system of dynamic safety and stabilization of electric power systems.Traditional measuring method of power phase angle of a generator can't meet the real time requirements,therefore a new method utilizing the rotating speed of the generator based on GPS has been proposed.The principle and realization mode of the distributed measuring unit is described.Experimental result proved that synchronization between each vector can be realized by this method and the synchronization of real measured phase angle is assured.The method has theoretical and practical value.
