催化裂化装置分馏系统腐蚀与防护

摘    要:催化裂化装置作为石油炼制工业中最重要的二次加工装置,随着原油开采程度的不断加深,加工原油性质的不断劣化,重质油品催化裂化的比例增加,造成催化裂化装置腐蚀趋势加重,影响装置的安全生产。作为重油催化的特有现象分馏塔结盐和顶循环系统腐蚀,已经成为影响装置平稳操作、产品质量和安全生产的重要因素之一。本文简要介绍了催化裂化装置分馏系统的腐蚀及采用的腐蚀防护措施,同时对其中需要注意的问题提出了建议。

Abstract:Catalytic cracking unit is the most important secondary processing unit in petroleum refining industry.With the continuous deepening of crude oil exploitation,the continuous deterioration of the properties of processed crude oil,and the increase of the proportion of heavy oil catalytic cracking,the corrosion trend of catalytic cracking unit is aggravated,which affects the safe production of the unit.As a special phenomenon of heavy oil catalysis,salt deposition in fractionator and top circulation system corrosion have become one of the important factors affecting the stable operation,product quality and safe production of the unit.This paper briefly introduces the corrosion of fractionation system in FCC unit and the corrosion protection measures adopted.
