考察了等温淬火温度和时间对６０ｓｉ２ＭｎＡ钢组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明，这种钢的奥氏体—贝氏体复相组织强韧性良好。原因在于其特有的组织形貌以及贝氏体为无碳化物贝氏体。应用于模具上，使用寿命可提高４～５倍，达到基体用ＬＤ的水平。
