| 摘 要： | 运用解释结构模型化技术对电能在终端能源中的竞争力影响要素进行了系统分析,并构建了阶层结构图。通过结构图不仅可以对复杂的影响要素系统进行分层,直观地看到各要素之间的层次和相互影响关系,还可以从中找出对电能竞争力产生影响的源头要素和电力企业的可控要素,既可以为电力企业提升策略的设计提供清晰的思路框架,也可以为相关政策的制定调整提供参考。

| Abstract: | Adopting interpretative structural modeling(ISM),the system of competitive capacity about electric power in the end-use energy market is analyzed in this paper.And the layered structure diagram of it is constructed.By means of this diagram,not only the complicated influence factors can be layered so that the hierarchies among the factors as well as the interaction of them can be directly seen,but also fountainhead factors and the power enterprises controllable factors can be picked out rapidly.So the structure model can be used as basic frame in designing strategy to advance competitive capacity about electric power in the enduse energy market for the power enterprises,and provides valuable information for the constituting and adjustment of the correlative policies. |
