推挽全桥双向直流变换器的研究

摘    要:
本文研究了推挽全桥双向直流变换器,分析了变换器的两种工作模式。研究了开关管上电压尖峰形成的原因,基于电压尖峰问题提出了几种解决方案,最后采用了RCD缓冲电路,文中分析了缓冲电路的工作原理,给出了实验波形。

Abstract:
This paper describes the research of push-pull full-bridge bi-directional DC-DC converter and the analysis of two modes of this converter. Spike voltage is analyzed. Several methods are put forward. At last the RCD snubber spike voltage suppression circuit is given and operation principle is analyzed. Experimental results are presented.
