| Abstract: | This paper introduces the H10Mn2A welding-wire steel production process at 120t top and bottom com-bined-blowing converter.It indicates that the control of the oxygen content in the molten steel and nitrogen content,the content and the steel inclusions residue element,ensure the production and quality guarantee of the final product. |
