摘    要:混合物作为节流工质能大大提高制冷机的热力性能。然而即使采用相同组元组成的混合物在配比不同的情况下,节流制冷机的性能也会不同。报道了针对应用于J-T节流制冷机的混合物工质配比的优化计算。以热力学完善度为目标函数,采用复合形优化算法,设计了一套混合物最佳配比优化计算程序。计算结果对实际混合物制冷循环设计有一定指导意义。

Abstract:The use of multicomponent mixtures of Freons or the light hydrocarbons with argon or nitrogen in the Joule-Thomson refrigeration cycle can largely improve the thermodynamic performamce of JT cryocooler. However there are different thermodynamic performances of J-T cryocooler using mixtures withsame components but different compositions, so there must be an optimum composition for mixture with givencomponents. In this paper, an optimization calculation program is developed. In this program, we use thethermodynamic perfect degree(also caned Carnot Froaction) Of J-T cryocooler as the objective function tobe maximized. The Complex Optimization Algorithm(COA) is introduced. The calculation result can behelpful in the experimental investigation of the mixed gas refrigerants J-T refrigerator.
