| 摘 要： | PCB装配生产中面临的诸多挑战使得MES成为企业提升市场竞争力的重要技术手段.在介绍MES技术内涵的基础上,结合PCB装配的特点给出MES的功能架构,同时有针对性地分析了MES系统中的关键技术.最后通过实例说明了在PCB装配中实施MES的具体方法.MES符合企业信息化不断发展的要求,基于应用集成中间件的MES部署能满足企业信息集成的要求,具有很大的实际应用价值.

| Abstract: | MES technology has become a key element for PCB assembly solutions.Based on the technology of MES,this paper discusses the function architecture and key technology for it.Then,it provides a typical module example to show the implement method of MES which accords with the developing demand of enterprise informatization.The implement method of MES based on application integration middleware is a platform for enterprise integration,so there is a very great application value. |
