摘    要:金属粉末激光成形技术作为一种新的快速成形技术 ,将传统快速原型技术与激光熔覆技术相结合 ,用于研究具有任意复杂形状或者复杂材料组分金属材料零件 /模具的快速制造技术 ,并可以直接成形金属功能零件。成形加工过程中成形零件与基体表面的粘结牢固性直接决定加工是否可以顺利完成。采用低碳钢作为基体材料 ,基体表面经过打磨、刨削、氧化和磷化等四种不同处理方式进行粘结性试验 ,试验表明磷化表面粘结性能最佳并能成功地应用到金属粉末激光成形工艺中。

Abstract:Metal powder laser shaping technology(MPLS)is a new kind of rapid pr ototyping technology, which combines traditional rapid prototyping technology wi th laser cladding technology, to study the rapid manufacture technology of metal parts and moulds with comparatively complex shape or complex component. Through MPLS the metal function part can be formed. The shaping machining process is di rectly determined by the bonding property between base surface and the part. By using the low carbon steel as the base material, which surface are polished, pla ned, oxidized and phosphorized, the bonding experimentation is performed. It is indicated that the phosphorized base surface bonding property is the best one. A nd the phosphorized base is triumphantly used in the MPLS technology.
