高粘度田菁胶的制备及其性质研究

摘    要:采用物理改性的方法,研究了温度、水分和压力等因素对制备高粘度田菁胶的影响。高粘度田菁胶的性能:5min,1~2Pa·s(25℃),2h,5~6Pa·s(25℃);水不溶性物含量从原来的27~32%下降到20%左右。对高粘度田菁胶的物理性质进行了研究。

Abstract:The influence of temperature, moisture, pressure and other factors on the viscosity of Sesbania Gum has been investigated with physical method. The new products of high viscosity have the following charecteristics: after 5 min 1.0~ 2.0 Pa·s after 2h 5.0-6.0Pa.·s and insoluble residue level dropped from 28~32% to 20%. Sesbania gum's physical properties are also studied.
