摘    要:研究了木粉和醚化剂在催化剂作用下合成木粉聚醚的反应动力学 ,提出用反应体系羟值变化量随时间的变化率表征反应速度 ,建立了动力学模型 ,确定了模型中的参数 ,并对提出的动力学模型进行了实验验证 .

Abstract:Polyether is the raw material polyurethane.The technology of preparing wood flour polyether can reduce the cost of polyurethane.In this paper,the mechanism of wood flour polyether is studied.The rate of reaction is represented by the change of hydroxyl value with time,expressed as r = k(c 0-Δ HV ).Based on the experimental data,the relationship between c 0 and the concentration of wood flour in polyether as well as the temperature T is built.The rate constant k parameter of Arrehnius equation is determined,and the apparent activation energy is 8.04 kJ·mol -1 in the range of 356—389 K.At the same time,the mechanism and kinetic equation are tested by experiment too.
