| 摘 要： | 针对油管传输射孔工艺中安全夹层枪安全系数低的问题,通过射孔起爆安全装置的整体设计和地面模拟试验,研制出了射孔起爆安全装置。经过室内试验和现场应用表明,射孔起爆安全装置设计合理,满足了油井射孔防砂安全需求,具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Aimed at low safety coefficient of the laminated safety gun perforating process, the perforating safety device was developed through the overall design and simulation test of the perforating safety device on the ground. The indoor test and field application results show that, the perforating safety device has reasonable design, can meet the security requirements of oil well perforation and sand control, so the perforating safety device has the broad application prospect. |
