摘    要:利用水不溶性接枝羧基淀粉(简称ISC)去除废水中Cu2+和Zn2+。研究结果表明,对于铜溶液初始质量浓度为14 mg/L,ISC投加量为1.4 g/L,pH值为10,反应时间为20 min时,去除铜离子的效果为最佳;对于锌溶液初始质量浓度为10 mg/L,ISC投加量为1.7 g/L,pH值为10,反应时间为20 min时,去除锌离子的效果为最佳。用ISC处理实际电镀废水,能达到国家排放标准。

Abstract:Water-insoluble carboxyl-containing starch graft polymer(ISC) was used to remove Cu2 and Zn2 from wastewater.The results of the study showed that,the optimal effect for Cu2 removal could be obtained when the original concentration of Cu2 solution was 14 mg/L,the dosage of ISC was 1.4 g/L,the pH value was 10,the reaction time was 20 min;when the original concentration of Zn2 solution was 10 mg/L,the dosage of ISC was 1.7 g/L,the pH value was 10,the reaction time was 20 min,the effect of Zn2 removal was the best.Using ISC to treat actual electroplating wastewater,the quality of the effluent water could reach the national sewage discharge standard.
