摘    要:分析了10 kV母线PT的停送电操作的风险,提出了规避风险的一般操作原则.基于对10 kV母线PT的风险分析,讨论了10 kV母线PT停送电操作中的常见问题,分析了对主变复合电压过流保护、关口电量计量、10 kV系统零序阻抗等的影响,提出了一种改进的接线方式和一般的操作原则,使10 kV母线PT停送电操作更加安全可靠、方便快捷,提高供电可靠性.

Abstract:The risk of operation of 10 kV PT was analyzed.Hence common operation rules to avoid the risk were presented.Based on risk analysis of 10 kV PT,several possible risks due to the operation are discussed,such as relay protection of the main transformer, energy measurement,zero sequence impedance of 10 kV system,so an improved connection way and operation method is proposed.By this way,the operation could become more reliable and quickly,hence the reliability of utility's power supply could also be improved.
