浅色CM发泡体的性能研究

摘    要:考察了常用型活性剂ZnO,硬脂酸锌(ZnSt),硫化剂DCP,硫化助剂PDM,CAMV,TCHC,双—2,5及白炭黑用量对橡胶型氯化聚乙烯(CM)发泡性能的影响。结果表明,ZnO/ZnSt用量为2份/4份时,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)峰值分解温度为186.8℃,分解效率较高,与橡胶基体硫化匹配较好;DCP用量为2.5份时,硫化胶拉伸强度相对较高;并用TCHC后,试样具有较高拉伸强度和发泡倍率;白炭黑用量为30份时,泡孔尺寸相对较小且分布均匀,拉伸强度较高。

Abstract:Effects of activitors ZnO and ZnSt,cruing agent DCP,co-agents PDM,CAMV,TCHC,2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane and silica amount on the properties of CM sponge were investigated by using foamer AC.The results showed that foamer AC had high decomposition efficiency,and the peak decomposition temperature was 186.8℃ when the amount of ZnO/ZnSt was 2 phr/4 phr,at the same time,the matching of the curing rate and foaming rate of CM compound was good.The tensile strength was relatively high when DCP amount was 2.5 phr,and the sample had high tensile strength and foaming times by adding co-agent TCHC.The sample cell size was relatively small and could uniformly dispersed when silica amount was 30phr,and the tensile strength was the highest.
