黔西南某碳质含砷金矿提金工艺试验研究

摘    要:试验样品采自黔西南某金矿,含金1.97×10-6,砷1.27%,有机碳1.62%,是典型的低品位含碳难处理金矿,直接氰化金浸出率3%。试验对比了碳浸法、煤油掩蔽法、次氯酸盐处理法和微波处理法的提金效果。碳浸氰化金浸出率仅为17.26%,添加煤油作为掩蔽剂磨矿—氰化后金的浸出率可提高到41%~42%,次氯酸盐预处理工艺效果不佳。微波处理工艺取得较好的结果,金浸出率可以达到82%以上,但需要在矿石中配入一定量的辅助药剂。

Abstract:The samples were collected from a gold mine in southwest of Guizhou Province,which are all of the typical of low-grade refractory gold ore containing 1.97×10^-6 Au, 1.27%As and 1.62% organic carbon.The leaching rate of gold by cyanidation is lower than 3% .Reseasch on CIL,kerosene masking,hypochlorite pretreatment, microwave pretreatment was carried out to study the effect of leaching gold.The leaching rate of gold by CIL is 17.26%.By adding kerosene to grinding, cyanidation leaching rate of gold can be increased to 41%-42%.And the results of hypochlorite leaching are not good.The third process, microwave pretreatment achieve better results.After microwave pretreatment,the leaching rate of gold by cyanidation can be increased to over 82% ,but need to add some special agents to the ore.
