超长大直径钻孔灌注桩后压浆试验及应用

摘    要:该文通过某重点桥梁建设工程的超长大直径试桩试验,对比分析了钻孔灌注桩在桩端后压浆前后承载力、沉降的试验数据,认为后压浆对于提高钻孔灌注桩承载力,减少沉降具有明显作用.因而将桩端后压浆技术应用到该桥梁的群桩基础建设中.通过分析该桥梁基础的长期观测数据,发现桩端后压浆对于提高群桩基础的整体性,减少沉降,增加安全储备具有明显的作用.

Experiment and Application of Post Grouting for Super Long and Large Diameter Cast-in-place Pile
Abstract:In this paper,the test data of bearing capacity and settlement of cast-in-place pile in the pile end post grouting are compared and analyzed by the super long and large diameter pile test of a certain important bridge construction project.The post grouting has obvious effect on improving the bearing capacity of cast-in-place pile and reducing the settlement.So the post grouting technology of pile end is applied to the construction of the pile group foundation of the bridge.Through analyzing the long-term observation data of the bridge foundation,it is found that the post grouting of the pile can improve the integrity of the pile foundation,reduce the settlement and increase the safety reserve obviously.
