摘 要: | 通过浮选试验、吸附量测定、EDLVO理论和XPS等方法研究了白钨矿与方解石浮选回收率和浮选速率的差异。试验结果表明,与白钨矿相比,油酸钠更易于在方解石表面吸附,且方解石颗粒间更易于团聚而呈现出粗粒浮选的性质,从而使方解石的浮选速率和回收率高于白钨矿;粒度对方解石的影响较小,而对白钨矿的影响较大,不利于白钨矿与方解石的分离。该研究进一步揭示了白钨矿与方解石浮选分离困难的主要原因,对白钨矿与方解石的浮选分离具有一定的指导意义。

The Mechanism and Comparison of Flotation Behavior of Scheelite and Calcite |

Abstract: | The difference of flotation behavior of scheelite and calcite was studied through the flota-tion tests, adsorption measurements, EDLVO theory and XPS measurements.The result indicted that the adsorption amount of sodium oleate on calcite was more than that on scheelite , which result in the flotation recovery and rate of calcite were higher than that of scheelite , and in contrast of scheelite , the particle size has little influence on the calcite flotation behavior .This paper further revealed the factor that result in the difficulty of flotation separation of scheelite from calcite , which has great guiding significance for the flotation separation of scheelite from calcite . |
