给出用分析熵值的大小预测状态的方法，由信息数量函数的定义引出熵－平均信息量的概念，并且特别指出熵与数学期望的不同。前者是非负的，且仅与概率有关而与信源（随机变量）的取值无关。介绍极大熵准则及其在实际问题中的应用。

Analytical Method of Entrypy Technique and Its Application in Economical Decision Analysis

This paper gives a method of forcasting states by means of analysing entropy value. Firstly, the information quantity function is offered, and then the concept of entropy\|average information quantity is introduced. It is pointed out especially that entropy is different with mathematics expectation. The former is innegative, it concerns only probability and has nothing to do with taking value of the information resources (random variable). Finally, we present the principle of maximal entropy and its applications in actual problems.
