摘    要:
分析了首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司2250mm热连轧生产线游离坯尾部卷取温度指标异常的原因,通过采取完善游离坯尾部样本产生功能、修正带钢跟踪、优化速度切换逻辑以及调整夹送辊信号等措施,有效改善了游离坯尾部卷取温度控制效果。

Abstract:
The causes of the coiling temperature abnormality of the freeslab tail end were analyzed and re searched. By optimizing adjustment of the coiling temperature control function, such as the sample producing, the strip tracking, the logic of speed changed and the signal of pinch roller, the freeslab tail end coiling tem perature control effect was improved.
