民用建筑体外预应力托梁拔柱技术的研究与应用

摘    要:
通过对新建房屋采用体外预应力托梁拔柱加固技术,使得其建筑平面布局发生改变,很好地满足了新的使用功能的要求。工程实践表明:体外预应力加固技术的引入,对于建筑结构改善结构受力性能、提高结构刚度和极限承载力具有积极意义。后期使用过程表明,体外预应力托梁拔柱加固技术使后期结构构件的变形挠度较小,使用正常。

Abstract:
Using the construction technology of external prestressing and supporting beam and removing column for the new structure, the plane distribution is changed and the new building function is met splendidly. The project practice indicates: the supporting prestressing strengthening technology can improve structural behavior, the structure stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity. The using process indicates that the construction technology of external prestressing and supporting beam and removing column can decrease the deformation deflection of the structural elements.
