| 摘 要： | 在内燃机生产中，气缸盖气阀面与导管孔是其加工难点之一，气门座面宽窄不均是气缸盖生产中一个长期难以解决的质量问题。经过对产品图纸、现生产手段进行综合分析，通过改进气门座尺寸要求，改进加工工艺方法，有效地解决了这一关键质量问题。

| Abstract: | In production of I.C.engine,valve face and guide tube hole are two of difficulties in machining.The uneven width of valve seat face is an unsolved problem in production of cylinder-head for a long time.By analysis of drawings,machining measures,this key problem is solved effectively through improving the requirement of valve seat size and machining techniques. |
