紧邻地铁深基坑地下水抽灌一体化设计实践

摘    要:上海长江西路隧道浦西工作井紧邻地铁3号线和逸仙路高架。基坑开挖期间,地下水水位降深幅度大,为有效保护地铁3号线,本工程采用了抽灌一体化措施。首先通过抽灌试验确立了抽灌一体化设计;其次再通过运行控制试验,确立了抽灌一体化的运行控制设计。在40天的抽灌一体化运行过程中,轨道3号线立柱桩的沉降控制在10 mm以内,达到了预设的安全指标。本文针对抽灌一体化运行控制设计作了较为详细的阐述,为类似基坑的抽灌一体化设计提供了借鉴意义。

Abstract:The Puxi work well of West Changjiang Road tunnel is adjacent to the metro line 3 and Yixianlu elevated road, during pit excavation, the groundwater level was dropped down deeply. For effective protection of metro line 3, a pumping-recharge integration measure was applied in this project. Firstly,an integrated design of pumping-recharge was defined through pumping-recharge experiment. Secondly, to run the control design of pumping-recharge integration was defined by the running control test. During the 40 days of pumping-recharge integration, the column pile settlement of metro line 3 was controlled in 10mm, which reached the preset safety norms. A more detailed elaboration of integrated operation control design for pumping-recharge was made in this article, which provides a reference for the integrated design of similar pit pumping-recharge.
